Hutton le Hole Village Hall Facilities
Our village hall can seat a maximum of 100 persons on the premises, dependent upon your event.
Our function rooms and facilities make us a perfect venue for a variety of celebrations, from weddings and children’s parties to theatre shows. Combinations of rooms are available for larger events.
The Hall can seat a maximum of 100 people which can include 10 large tables and 16 smaller tables with a layout determined by you. The hall is fully compliant with all legally required Health and Safety and Fire regulations and is wheelchair accessible.
The building comprises of:
- Entrance Foyer – with excellent lighting.
- Main Hall and Large Stage – The stage area benefits from fully operational tabs within the proscenium arch; a Lighting Bar with three fixed spot lights on a dimmer switch; a CD sound system installed in the wings; and a digital piano. An added asset is the balcony area to the rear of the auditorium from which lighting and sound could be operated. Clients are welcome to install their own sound and lighting systems should it be necessary for their production.
- Flooring – The auditorium has the added advantage of a sprung floor which makes it ideal for dance classes and rehearsals, etc
- Kitchen – a kitchen is located directly behind the stage where pre-prepared food can be brought in, providing dual access to the stage and can be used as a dressing room.
- Cloakrooms – modern facilities and disabled accessible toilet.
- Furniture – both rectangular and square tables are available with a choice of standard or upholstered chairs.
- Wifi– Is available within the hall.
- Snooker Room – a multi-purpose room located on the lower levels of the building holding a 3 quarter snooker table and dart board.
- TV and Screen – Situated in the main hall, providing the opportunity for slide shows, presentation and training.
- Rear Outdoor Space – A small area which can be used for weddings, for those hiring the whole hall.
*The car park in front of the Hall as well as the additional parking spaces over the road can be arranged to be used in the booking process.
